Description by Amit Raz(from the App Store)
Sticky Tasks is the reminder app that won't let you forget. Set a task and its reminder keeps coming back, at the interval you choose (1 to 30 minutes), until you mark it done. Now on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
Made for the things you can't afford to miss: taking medication, paying bills, calling someone back, chores and daily must-dos. Unlimited tasks, free. No subscription, no ads.
REMINDERS THAT DON'T QUIT Most to-do list apps remind you once, then go quiet. Sticky Tasks keeps showing the task until it's complete. • Mark it done right from the notification. • Tap a notification to land straight on the task. • Recurring tasks: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or custom intervals, with specific days for weekly. • Priorities: flag tasks High, Medium or Low; your list sorts by priority and due date. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets: see what's overdue and due today, and tick it off without opening the app. • Control Center control to add a new task in a tap (iOS 18+). • Quick search across active and completed tasks. • Dates in your format: follows your region, or pick your own. • Dark mode, and a small celebration every time you finish.
Tip: reminders follow your ring switch and Focus settings. To get them during a Focus, allow Sticky Tasks in Settings › Focus.
IPHONE, IPAD AND MAC • iPad: a layout made for the bigger screen, not a stretched phone app. • Mac (Apple silicon): a resizable window, and reminders that keep coming back until you mark them done. • Turn on iCloud sync and the same list shows up everywhere.
PRO: ONE-TIME PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION Pay once and keep everything. Pro unlocks: • iCloud sync across your iPhone, iPad and Mac: tasks, checklists and attachments, using your own private iCloud. • Siri: "Hey Siri, Sticky Tasks add a task", with the reminder already set. Also works from Spotlight and Shortcuts. • Voice memos: record up to 5 minutes straight onto a task. • Location reminders: drop a pin and get reminded when you arrive. • Checklists: break a big task into steps and watch the progress fill. • Attachments: keep photos and files on the tasks that need them. • Share to task: turn text or links from other apps into a task. • Calendar view: see your tasks by date and plan ahead. • Streaks & stats: completion heatmap, weekly chart and milestones. • Custom sounds: pick a tone, or a silent option. • Daily recap: an optional morning summary of everything due today, at a time you choose.
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE • No account, no sign-up. • Your tasks stay on your device and work offline. With iCloud sync on, they sync through your own private iCloud, which we can't read. Map search for location reminders needs a connection. • No ads, not even in the free version.
