About the Creator:

Created by award-winning actress Laura Pradelska, who overcame her own struggles with insomnia through guided meditation and relaxation techniques. To date she has been in more than 20 theatre productions in London's West End and voiced everything from high end luxury brands to BBC productions. Her most notable role in TV is the fan favourite recurring role as “Quaithe in HBO's Game of Thrones.

Searching online over the internet, I have found that 90 percent of the content is spoken by male voices, so I decided to bring my expertise as a voice over artist and Nocturnal human (that is my way of making the negative “Insomnia” stigma more positive) to my app, Stil."
