What is Strategy & Solidarity?

Strategy & Solidarity is Subduction Consulting & El Porvenir Services' growing community of leaders, activists, artists, and practitioners! We come together to cultivate skills, develop strategies, foster collaboration, and build solidarity in our collective pursuit of racial justice. Through meaningful engagement and shared experiences, we empower each other to effect positive change in our daily work and beyond.

Join us as we work towards realizing our vision of a more just & sustainable world.

This is a space for our consultants, colleagues, workshop participants and community members to:
—> develop strategies and tactics for advancing social justice in the workplace and beyond; share resources & referrals, provide mutual support,
—> create opportunities for collaboration,

—> support individual & collective healing from systems of oppression,
—> celebrate our victories, mourn our losses, and get ready for the next fight.
