The Today screen shows what is due, when, and what is done. A habit with a time gets its reminder, on the hour or up to 15 minutes early, with two answers: "I'm starting" or "In 1 hour". Set as a number of times per week, it has no fixed day and does not ring. The timer runs to the planned end, and when the habit carries a duration, the minutes you really spent stay with that day.
Up to 24 times a day: a counter replaces the checkmark, and the calendar fills the day by the fraction you did. Five out of eight is not a cross.
A day you forgot can be fixed: every habit's calendar shows the last five weeks, and one tap corrects a past day. A habit created this morning missed nothing last month.
In the evening, the streak. Every day or chosen weekdays: it counts scheduled days, not calendar days. An empty Tuesday is no failure for a Monday and Friday habit. A weekly target counts whole weeks instead. The flame turns up at 7, then 14, 30, 60, 100 and 365.
Over 7 days, 30 days or all time: completion measured against scheduled occurrences, perfect days, and the time your sessions actually took. Light, dark or system theme, haptics you can switch off, five languages, a full export of your data, account deletion.
No friends, no leaderboard, nobody to measure yourself against. No ads, no trackers. Your habits sit in a database hosted in Paris that only your account can read, and an internet connection is needed to load and save them. Reminders are scheduled by the phone itself and still ring with no signal.
