StreamWriter Studio

IMPORTANT: This app is the free companion to StreamWriter Studio for Mac. Without the Mac app it cannot receive any music – it is not a standalone radio recorder.

How it works: StreamWriter Studio on your Mac records internet radio – every song is saved as its own cleanly tagged file with real album artwork. This app brings those recordings to your iPhone: select tracks in the Mac app, tap "Send to iPhone", and your songs travel directly and encrypted over your local network. No cloud, no account, no server – your music never leaves your Wi-Fi.

YOUR LIBRARY, EVERYWHERE
• All transferred songs with title, artist and real album artwork
• Create and manage playlists and favorites
• History: recently played tracks at a glance
• Fast search across your entire library

GREAT SOUND
• 10-band equalizer
• Background playback and lock-screen support
• Control from the Lock Screen and Control Center

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Transfer happens only on your local network, device to device
• No cloud, no account, no data collection – everything stays on your devices

REQUIREMENT
You need StreamWriter Studio for macOS (available on the Mac App Store) on a Mac on the same network. Radio recording itself happens exclusively on the Mac – this iPhone app is for transferring, managing and playing your recordings.
