Description by Heleen Elfrink(from the App Store)
Are you on the verge of burnout, or do you want to optimize your sports performance? Your heart rate tells the story. With Stress Meter Pro, you measure the activity of your nervous system (Heart Rate Variability or HRV) with clinical precision, without the need for an expensive smartwatch or heart rate strap. Your smartphone camera is all you need.
BASED ON A PROVEN METHOD The insights and the AI Coach in this app are partly based on the successful theory and practice from the book "Frustraties de Baas" by Heleen. The app translates this powerful theory into directly measurable results and daily coaching in your pocket.
WHY STRESS METER PRO? Unlike standard trackers that only tell you how you slept after the fact, our app looks ahead. The built-in Stress Coach combines your HRV measurements with Apple Health data (sleep and steps) and your own journal labels to proactively warn you of energy dips.
KEY FEATURES:
NO HARDWARE NEEDED Measure your heart rate (BPM) and HRV (RMSSD & SDNN) accurately by simply placing your fingertip on your phone's camera for 60 seconds.
PREDICTIVE COACH Get a Morning Readiness report and see exactly when your optimal focus window is, and when to expect an energy dip.
DISCOVER YOUR PATTERNS Label your measurements (e.g., Coffee, Bad sleep, Work stress) and discover via the interactive heatmap which habits sabotage your recovery the most.
LIVE BIOFEEDBACK BREATHING Train your nervous system with breathing exercises (like Coherence and Box Breathing) and see your heart rate drop and stress disappear live on your screen.
EXPORT PDF REPORTS (PRO) Generate a professional report of your trends with one tap and share it securely with your doctor, therapist, or personal trainer.
DEEP HEALTH SYNC Seamlessly connect with Apple Health to automatically include sleep and activity data in the analyses.
PRIVACY FIRST (100% LOCAL) Your health data is extremely private. All measurements and images are processed locally on your phone. No photos or videos are stored, and you don't need an account to use the app.
Disclaimer: Stress Meter Pro is designed for wellness and fitness purposes and is not a medical device. Always consult a doctor for health complaints.
