KILLER - Kill a bad habit Regulate something you want to eliminate. The alarm fires on schedule. You choose: skip it entirely for the biggest win, take it on schedule for a controlled win, or admit you already slipped and watch the streak die.
POMODORO - Lock in and focus Structured deep work sessions with work cycles, breaks, and long breaks. Fire each session manually. You cannot skip. Abandon and the entire Pomodoro resets.
