Based in Charleston South Carolina, Styledwell opened in 2013.
7 time winner of 'Best City in the U.S.' by Travel Mag, Charleston saw nearly 7.3 mil visitors in 2019.

Inspired by its residents and visitors from all over the globe, owner Christie Bishop saw a need for a shop that carried more than one 'style'. "Seeing how women from other countries put different pieces together was magic. Also, people move here from all 50 states and taking note of all those different style tastes was like watching a new galaxy being formed."
All that diversity made for great style synergy! Coastal meets bohemian... West Coast meets East Coast. Casual meets edgy.
'Women are not OSFA. One Style Fits All. We want options!" We want to mix and match and make our own style rules as we go.

But stores were catering to mostly one style....coastal/preppy or edgy/trendy but there wasn't a place to shop for all of our 'Pinterest board outfits'.
You know the ones. Wedding guest, music festival, gender reveal party, the list goes on and on. Thus, Styledwell was born.

I opened Styledwell with the dream of taking you from "I have nothing to wear" to "I know just what to wear!"

We carry the latest trends and your favorite designers ranging from bohemian chic to coastal classics to fashion forward. Bring your mom...and your grandma.
We bet they'll find something too!

We love local! We are very proud to carry US made, handcrafted jewelry and accessories from female-owned, black-owned and family-owned businesses. They are not found on ebay or Amazon, do social good and/or are environmentally friendly.

Thoughtfully, purposefully curating styles that you can confidently mix, match and build upon is my goal.
