SubBar: Subscription Tracker

SubBar helps you catch recurring costs before they become surprises.

Track subscriptions, bills, trials, memberships, software renewals, and everyday recurring expenses in one calm place. Add a service from the built-in catalog or create a custom subscription, then set the amount, currency, billing cycle, category, notes, and renewal reminders.

Why people use SubBar:

• See monthly burn and this month's charges
• Know what renews next before it hits
• Add from a catalog of 600+ services
• Track streaming, cloud, software, creator tools, memberships, trials, and custom bills
• Organize subscriptions with categories and notes
• Get local renewal reminders
• Sync privately with iCloud when enabled
• Export CSV when you need a spreadsheet-friendly view
• No bank login, email scanning, or SubBar account required

Private by design:

SubBar is local-first. Your subscription data stays on your device and can sync through your private iCloud database when you choose to use iCloud. You enter only what you want to track.

Built for real recurring costs:

Monthly subscriptions, annual renewals, free trials, SaaS tools, design apps, developer services, newsletters, storage plans, memberships, family bills, and custom recurring payments all fit.

SubBar is not another subscription to track your subscriptions. Start with the free tier, then unlock optional one-time packs if you need more slots, categories, privacy controls, visual customization, or export tools.
