Sunnah & Hadith: Daily Log

Sunnah & Hadith: Daily Log is a free iPhone app that sends the sunnahs of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as short reminders spread across your day. 10 categories, the reference of the hadith on every card, a Home Screen widget, and no ads, in-app purchases or subscriptions.

REMINDERS SPREAD ACROSS THE DAY
You decide how many reminders you get and the hours they arrive in. The app builds a seven-day schedule with no repeats: a sunnah will not come up a second time before the cycle is complete.

HADITH REFERENCES
Every sunnah card carries the reference of the hadith it rests on; sunnahs with no basis found in authentic sources are not included in the app.

HOME SCREEN AND LOCK SCREEN WIDGET
Small, medium and Lock Screen sizes. The widget turns on its own: you do not need to open the app, it works with notifications off, and it needs no internet.

22 VISUAL THEMES
Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia, Selimiye, the Kaaba, Medina, Mihrab, Galata and more. App and widget share the same theme; change the theme and your Home Screen changes with it.

10 CATEGORIES
Eating and drinking, greetings, cleanliness, sleep etiquette, dress, etiquette of speech, social relations, dua and worship, family and visiting, everyday courtesy.

PRAYER TIMES AND HIJRI CALENDAR
The five daily prayer times are worked out on your device from your location; the calculation method and school come preset for your country and you can change them. The Hijri date sits alongside. No internet needed, and your location never leaves the device.

QIBLA COMPASS
The bearing of the Kaaba and your distance to it, following the compass as you turn. On a device with no compass sensor the bearing is shown as a fixed angle.

SUKUN: FOCUS AT PRAYER TIME
When a prayer time comes, Sukun helps you put the phone down. It is built on Apple's Screen Time; you choose which prayers it covers and how long the window lasts, and your focus history stays on your device.

FAVORITES AND COLLECTIONS
Save the sunnahs you like to favorites, build your own collections and add any cards you want to them.

STREAK
Read one sunnah a day and your streak grows. The streak counts calendar days, not elapsed time.

SHARING
Share a sunnah as plain text or as an image card on a theme background; you can also save the card to your photos.

ACCOUNT AND SYNC
With an optional account your favorites, collections and reading history stay in sync across devices. The whole app works without an account too.

NO ADS
No ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking.

CONTENT NOTE
The sunnah texts are for information. The reference gives the collection, chapter and number where the hadith appears; before acting on a matter, consult a person of knowledge you trust.

The app is available in nine languages, including English.
