Description by The Wellness Company, Inc. Written by the developer, not by AppBrain. Click to read.
The benefits of daily light exposure (DLE) are firmly grounded in our physiology. Morning sunlight exposure is the most powerful stimulus for wakefulness during the day and has a significant positive impact on our ability to fall and stay asleep at night.
The app is most useful when there is cloud cover, preventing you from visually seeing the sun outside. As Andrew Huberman, Ph.D. mentions: "It is especially important to get sunlight in your eyes on cloudy mornings"
With SunSeek, you'll always know where the sun is.
Features include:
- Compass to locate the sun
- Sunrise & Sunset times
- Timer to track your DLE
Happy DLE!
