SweatWall: Workout App Blocker

Your worst apps are your new gym.

SweatWall turns the moment you open a distracting app into a choice: do a short set, or put the phone down.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps that eat your day.
• Choose squats or sit-ups and set your trade.
• When iOS puts up the wall, do the reps to earn an access window.
• Tap Not now—or simply walk away—and SweatWall records that win too.

THE PHONE COUNTS
Your iPhone’s motion sensors count reps on-device. There is no camera, no manual plus button, and no wearable required.

SEE WHAT YOU GOT BACK
Track reps, wall hits, walk-aways, reclaimed time, trends, and milestones across Today and Stats.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No ads. No tracking. No analytics SDK. Your selected apps are rendered privately by iOS, and your activity stays on your device.

Start with three free tries. Then choose monthly, yearly, or lifetime access. There is no weekly plan.

MEMBERSHIP
• Monthly — $4.99 per month, after a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
• Yearly — $24.99 per year, after a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers
• Lifetime — $34.99 once. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

Monthly and Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Each renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours of that point. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a membership before it ends. Prices shown are U.S. prices; the App Store charges in your own currency for your region.

Turning protection off is free on every plan and never asks about a subscription.
