- "Take your marks" voice command
Press START and hear the command in English, just like a real race, so your body learns the rhythm from the call to the sound.
- Random or fixed wait time
Choose how long the app waits after the command before the start sound — a different time every round ("Random") or a consistent one ("Fixed"). Random mode recreates
the real "you never know when it'll fire" tension and breaks the habit of guessing the start.
- Adjustable countdown
Set a countdown before the command begins, giving you time to get into your set position.

- Touch mode
Tap the screen the instant the start sound plays. Quick and simple.
- Motion mode
Place the device on a stand or wear it, and the accelerometer detects the moment you move at the start sound — closer to your real starting action.

■ False-start detection
Turn on false-start detection and any reaction before the start sound is flagged as a "False Start," with a buzzer to let you know. Train your timing under real race-like
pressure. Prefer to focus purely on reaction without worrying about jumping early? Just turn it off.

■ See your progress
Results are saved automatically. Review your best time, average, false-start count, total attempts, and a history of every single try. Looking back at the numbers helps
you understand your form and track your improvement over time.

Beyond iPhone and iPad, you can practice on Apple Watch on its own. Wear it on your wrist and measure your reaction from the set position straight through the start sound
