Swing is a kettlebell fitness app built on one idea: the workout you actually do beats the one you just think about doing. Designed for kettlebell and bodyweight circuit training, you can build custom routines or find inspiration from our curated workouts that deliver intensity in a time efficient manner. The guided interval timer calls out every move and every rest, so all you have to think about is the next rep. Keep it simple. Stay consistent. Swing.
