LEARN BY DOING
The interactive tour highlights real controls and guides you through recording temperature, adding an observation and opening your chart. Practise with separate sample data. Skip the tour whenever you like, or start it again in Settings.
DAILY OBSERVATIONS
• Record temperature, measurement time and disturbances.
• Note mucus characteristics and sensations separately.
• Add optional cervix observations, bleeding and intercourse entries.
• Write notes in your own words.
YOUR CYCLE CHART
Switch between the mobile chart and the full cycle sheet. Review previous cycles and add your own markings. Set a reminder for your daily temperature measurement.
YOUR DATA, YOUR COPY
Your observations are stored on your device. Save your chart as a PDF to view or print. Save a data backup in a location you choose, then restore it on another phone. A backup is a separate file and does not update automatically. CSV export and JSON format details are available under Advanced options.
MAKE IT YOURS
Use Sympto in English, German, French or Polish. Choose your date format, 12/24-hour clock and °C or °F separately. Switch between light and dark themes.
Sympto is a recording tool. It does not automatically interpret fertility or predict ovulation. Selecting an observation method saves a preference; it does not apply that method’s rules to your chart. Interpret observations yourself according to the method you have learned. The app does not replace medical advice or guidance from a qualified fertility awareness instructor.
