Smart Display App can be integrated with our Smart Access – QR Code access control system and Smart Booking – cloud-based booking system. It can be used as a QR Code scanner to collect check-in/out records, or as a digital display to show today’s bookings of a room.

With Smart Display, you can manage visitors’ access and attendance easily even without onsite staff support. Visitors can check in by simply pointing their QR Code at the tablet with Smart Display App installed.

Meanwhile, Smart Display can be integrated with Smart Booking. It allows users to quickly check the reservation status of the room and make an appointment immediately when there is a room available. Participants can also check the user name and booking time. It can ensure the participants arrive at the correct room and make your business operations run smoothly.

【System Features】
Scan the QR code for attendance and verification
Visitors can point their QR codes at the Smart Access Display tablet to scan for check-in or check-out. Basic information such as visitors’ names, photos, reservation details and access rights can be displayed on the Smart Access Display tablet for on-site verification.

Collect access data from various sites
Smart Access Display App can be installed on multiple devices and placed at various locations i.e. campuses, gates, classrooms, function rooms etc. All-access data will be synced to ONE admin panel for easy management.

Show real-time booking status and room availability
Smart Display can inform users with instant reservation information outside the room, including real-time usage status, user name with reservation time and room availability of the day etc. Smart Display allows transparency and better share of information, hence, avoids unnecessary interruption.

Display customized messages and background
Welcome messages and background images on the Smart Access Display screen can be changed in the admin panel for different events or purposes. Apart from messages and images, you can also show reservations, check-in status, event details or today’s schedule of a room.
