TAB Surfaces

TAB Surfaces is a leading processor and exporter of natural stones like granite, marble, quartzite, slate, sandstone, and also an advanced manufacturer of engineered quartz surfaces.

This customer app provides an easy-to-use platform for TAB’s customers to browse and order its products, manage their orders, and access chat support.

Modules:

This app includes the following modules:

Product Module: This module allows the customers to browse and view TAB's products, including granite, quartz, tiles, and mosaics.

Cart Feature: This module allows customers to add products to their cart and create an order request. Further, the request is approved from the CRM side, and the status of the order can be tracked from the Orders module. There is no payment through the App, only requests can be made.

Pages for Promoting TAB Products: This module promotes TAB's products through customized pages on the app.

Order Management: This module allows customers to manage their orders, including tracking and accessing order-related documents.

Chat Support: This module allows customers to access chat support related to their orders.

A user can create an account through the Admin. No registration is possible through the application. A user is provided a password, which can further be changed from the profile settings, and can log in using their email and this password.

TAB Surfaces has 4 Loyalty Tiers - Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A new user’s membership is by default Silver. Membership is upgraded yearly by the change in loyalty points which are calculated based on the business value of the customer for the entire year. Customers get upgraded to new memberships at the end of the year. The loyalty points range of the different loyalty tiers is listed below.

Silver - $250k to $500k
Gold - $500k to $1Million
Platinum - $1 Million to $3 Million
Diamond - $3 Million +
