NEW EU REGULATION 2026 From July 1, 2026, vehicles over 2.5 tonnes must also be equipped with a tachograph for international transport (EU 2020/1054). TachoData helps you prepare and stay compliant from day one.
DOWNLOAD DRIVER CARD DATA Three ways to read your driver card – choose what works best for you: • Wireless BLE download from Gen 2.2 Smart tachographs (VDO DTCO 4.1/4.1a, Stoneridge SE5000-8.1) – even while driving • USB smart card reader (OTG) – under 30 seconds • Front download device (TachoMI / AETRControl adapter) – under 50 seconds, while driving
INFRINGEMENT DETECTION Automatic compliance check based on: • EU Regulation 561/2006 • AETR (international) • TCA (EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement) Checks daily/weekly driving time, rest periods, continuous driving, breaks, and missing records.
ATTENDANCE SHEET Generate monthly attendance sheets from tachograph data. Professional PDF export – ready for your employer or authorities.
EVENT TIMELINE 56-day graphical overview of all driving activities – driving, work, rest, availability. Tap any day for details, zoom in on events, view GNSS coordinates.
DEADLINE TRACKING Never miss a mandatory download deadline. TachoData monitors the 28-day rule and card expiry with visual warnings.
NIGHT WORK CONTROL Night work monitoring according to Directive 2002/15/EC. Set night period, check duration, configure passenger transport type.
ENCRYPTED EMAIL REPORTS Driver card file (.ddd) and analysis reports sent via encrypted email. Reports also viewable directly in the app.
