Description by Yutaka Mochida(from the App Store)
From Tracking Time to Tracking Output. TacticalStudy: Your Strategic Partner for Mastering Practice Problems.
TacticalStudy shifts your focus to the core of learning: output. By combining review scheduling based on the Ebbinghaus Forgetting Curve, automated weak-point detection, and a token system to sustain motivation, we provide the shortest route to conquering your exams and certifications.
*Scientific "Forgetting Curve" Management Visualize your retention rates with our unique algorithm. Simply mark a problem as "Correct," "Hard," or "Incorrect," and the app automatically calculates the optimal review timing (1 day, 3 days, 7 days later, etc.). View your retention progress on a graph to ensure you never miss the critical moment for memory maintenance.
*Ruthless "Weak Point Elimination" System Problems marked "Hard" or "Incorrect" three times are automatically moved to your "Flagged List." Before exams, focus exclusively on this list to efficiently overcome your weaknesses.
*Motivation-Boosting "Tokens & Statistics" Earn "Tokens" for every problem you solve. Tokens are doubled for review questions, naturally building a habit of prioritizing revision. Track your growth with daily, weekly, and monthly graphs showing progress, accuracy rates, and token counts.
*Powerful Study Tools • PDF Viewer: Open your problem sets and answer keys in multiple tabs for seamless side-by-side study. • Custom Notes: Attach images, PDFs, or text notes to specific problems to create your own personalized reference book. • Task Management: Create study tasks linked to specific problems with strict deadline management.
Recommended For: • High-Stakes Test Takers: Ideal for CPA, Bar Exam, Language Certifications, and University Entrance Exams where output volume is key. • Those Who Hate Planning Reviews: Stop worrying about "when to review." Let the algorithm decide so you can focus entirely on "solving." • Busy Professionals & Short-Term Learners: For those seeking a strategic approach to cut out waste and focus only on low-retention areas. • Those Who Fear "False Confidence": Visualize your actual memory state. Adjust your peak retention perfectly for exam day.
