Taddoo is the booking app for tattoo artists. Calendar, booking links, deposits, flash, consent forms, receipts, tax and clients in one app, on iPhone, iPad and Mac. No office software, no bot between you and your clients.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE

- Consultations and touch-ups bookable right on your page, free or paid, only in the hours you set. Online consultations with a Google Meet link.
- Deposit per appointment or per project, online via link or logged by hand for cash and bank transfer. No-show protection included.
- Automatic appointment confirmations and reminders in your voice, so cancellations come early instead of never.

- Request form: clients send idea, body part, size, reference images and preferred date, every request arrives with a push.
- Flash page: designs with sizes, prices, duration and deposit. One-off or repeatable, bookable directly or on request. A booked flash becomes an appointment with the design attached.
- Waitlists per location or your own lists like NYC or 2027.
- Your page speaks 26 languages, your texts are translated automatically.

MONEY AND PAPERWORK, ON THEIR OWN
- Checkout at the chair: final price, payment method, receipt PDF, shareable via WhatsApp, email or AirDrop.
- Tap to Pay: card payments with just your iPhone, no reader. Plus cash, bank and up to eight custom payment methods.
- Tax on receipts: VAT, sales tax or GST with country, rate and label, changeable per appointment. Input tax on expenses.
- Capture expenses with the receipt scanner. Export as Excel accounting with monthly totals, ZIP or financial report PDF.
- Dashboard with revenue, utilization and forecast. Tap any number for details.

CONSENT WITHOUT PAPER
- The client scans a QR code and signs on their own phone, or with a finger on yours. Also without an appointment via the studio QR code at the counter.
- Your template in up to 9 languages, translated by AI, the client picks their language when signing.
- All forms archived as PDF with the client, export as ZIP with CSV overview.
