Tag Day

Tag Day is a calendar-first visual journal for habits, routines, shifts, events and the moments you want to remember. Instead of filling out complex forms, mark each day with a color-coded Tag and add detail only when it helps.

Built around your calendar

- Fast recording: Tap a date and choose a Tag. Add start and end times, duration or a note when needed.
- Flexible Books: Keep work, health, study and personal tracking separate with distinct colors and symbols. Archive Books you no longer use.
- Custom Tags: Give every Tag a title, subtitle and colors. Move a Tag to another Book together with its related Records.
- Useful perspectives: Review monthly coverage and Tag counts, or step back to a yearly overview across your Books.
- Batch Editing: Add or replace Tags across selected dates, with Tag Circles for repeating patterns.

Works with iOS

- Widgets: See today’s Records on your Home Screen and add Tags from supported interactive widgets.
- Shortcuts: Automate adding and checking Records, retrieving entries, opening a Book or backing up the database.
- Reminders: Schedule local notifications for each Book.
- Secondary calendar: Optionally show the Chinese calendar or rokuyō.

Your data, your control

Tag Day keeps its primary database locally on your device. You can import or export the database whenever you need to migrate or make an extra copy.

Optional automatic backup copies the database to the Tag Day folder in iCloud Drive up to once per day. This is a backup—not real-time iCloud synchronization between devices.

Some advanced features, including unlimited Tags, interactive Widget entry and automatic iCloud Drive backup, require the one-time Pro unlock.
