Takyo: Date Ideas for Couples

Takyo is the app for couples that brings play back into everyday life.

It sets up the whole date, step by step.

Open the first card and you're in. What's behind the next one, neither of you knows, so the suspense holds all evening. This time nobody planned and nobody knows the ending. You're both discovering. Together.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a date by time, mood and budget.
2. Read the first card. Together.
3. Do each card in real life. The phone comes out only to unlock the next step.
4. The next step unlocks once you finish the previous one.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• Short dates for a regular weeknight. 30 minutes, at home or around the corner.
• Big dates for a full evening or day.
• Double dates for you and another couple.
• Secret tasks. Each of you gets one, and the other can't see it.
• Questions that don't start with "how was work".

WHO IT'S FOR
Couples six months in and couples ten years in. New dates, couple activities and things to do together, different every time.

Most evenings die on the sentence "so what do you want to do?". Takyo crosses it out. No planning, no roles where one invents and the other tags along. The plan is done, the surprise is set. You both discover, you both play.

Nobody grows out of playing. We just stopped somewhere along the way. Takyo is the excuse to start again.

Grown-ups on paper only.
