Managers can create companies and projects, search workers by skills, rates, and location, invite workers to projects, track availability, manage project teams, chat one-to-one or in small project groups, and receive notifications about invites and availability. Contract workers can build a profile with skills, rates, a resume, and availability; discover projects; express interest; accept invitations; and chat with project teams. Manager Pro adds unlimited project and company management, worker invites, availability calendars, and team messaging after a 14-day trial. Manager Pro is $4.99 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Contract workers can use the marketplace without a subscription. Talent Vision is for professional staffing and project coordination. It does not provide payroll, employment, or financial advice.

Subscription Terms: Manager Pro is $4.99 per month after a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to the Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel the subscription in App Store account settings.
