Most food diaries die in week two. Not because they don't work — because logging is work. Talk2Fit needs one photo or one sentence.
Snap your plate, or say "oatmeal with banana and a latte". AI recognises the dish and counts calories, protein, fat and carbs in seconds. No database digging, no typing, no guilt-trip coaching.
And when it gets a dish wrong, you fix it the same way you logged it — "that was a large bowl" — and Talk2Fit remembers your correction.
WHY TALK2FIT
• SNAP IT — photograph your plate and AI identifies what's on it. Several dishes on one plate are counted separately, and you keep only what you actually ate.
• SAY IT — log hands-free while cooking, walking or driving. Describe a dish the way you'd describe it to a friend: "a salad of cucumber, tomato and avocado" stays one salad, not three ingredients.
• GOT IT WRONG? — fix any recognition with one sentence, like "that was a large bowl, not a small one".
• SCAN IT — a barcode gives you more than the calories. See the Nutri-Score from A to E, how processed the food really is, and how much sugar, salt and fat is actually in there. The scanner is free. Forever.
• INSTANT RECOGNITION — calories and macros in seconds. Dishes you've had before log instantly, even offline. Prefer to type? Works just as well.
• "WHAT TO EAT?" — out of ideas? AI suggests meals that fit the calories and macros you have left today, with full recipes.
• YOUR WEEK, EXPLAINED — every Sunday, a report on what you ate, what changed and what one swap would do next week.
• A TARGET MADE FOR YOU — answer a few questions and get a personal daily calorie and macro target for losing, maintaining or gaining weight.
• MACROS THAT MAKE SENSE — protein, fat and carb rings based on sports nutrition science (ISSN), not guesswork.
• STAY ON TRACK — streaks, a colour-coded calendar and smart reminders keep you consistent. Share your streak and progress as beautiful cards.
• WEIGHT TREND — log your weight and watch the trend, not the daily noise. Your calorie target adapts as you progress.
• YOUR FOOD, YOUR DICTIONARY — every dish you log builds a personal food dictionary. Favourites are one tap away.
• MAKE IT YOURS — three home screen styles, light and dark themes, accent colours. At home on iPhone and iPad.
• NO SIGN-UP TO TRY — the diary, the scanner and your dictionary need no account at all, and you get free AI recognitions to try photo, voice and text before anyone asks you to register.
• PRIVATE BY DESIGN — works offline. Photos are analysed and discarded, never stored on our servers. Sync across your devices when you sign in. Export or delete your data anytime.
