Taller turns the things that actually support growth into a daily programme you can follow: movement that decompresses and lengthens, food that gives your body something to build with, sleep you pay attention to, and a height log that shows the trend.

TODAY
Open the app and see where the day stands. A growth potential ring reads your movement, fuel, sleep and consistency together and tells you which one is the gap. Below it sits today's routine, height, streak and recovery, so the next thing to do is always on screen.

MOVE
40 height movements grouped into six tracks by the job they do:
- Decompress: take load off the spine
- Lengthen: open the hips, hamstrings and chest
- Posture: unwind the slouch that hides height you already have
- Stimulate: jumping and loading work
- Support: build the core and glutes that hold a tall position
- Mobility: keep the joints moving through range

Every movement plays a 3D demonstration you can slow to half speed, pause, and scrub frame by frame, so you can see the position before you copy it. Each one explains why it acts on height instead of asking you to take it on faith. Start a guided round and the timer runs with the demonstration alongside.

FUEL
Log a meal by typing what you ate in plain words. Taller reads it and scores it on the nutrient that is actually limiting it, because bone needs collagen that calcium mineralises and neither substitutes for the other. When a meal is genuinely lopsided it suggests a pairing that fixes it. Your day builds into a growth fuel pulse and a journal you can look back through.

HEIGHT
Log a measurement with the wall method, see your history, and watch the trend line rather than a single number. Daily targets for protein, calcium and sleep sit alongside it.

PRIVACY
No email, no password, no account. Taller generates an ID for you and keeps your profile and progress on your device.

WHAT TALLER DOES NOT DO
Taller does not provide medical advice, diagnose anything, or guarantee height increase. Genetics sets the range; habits are what you can act on. If your growth plates have closed, the honest ceiling is posture and body composition, and Taller says so. Anyone under 18 should use Taller with a parent or guardian.

PREMIUM
Taller Premium is an auto-renewable subscription with weekly and yearly options. Pricing and any trial are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
