Tally is a food log built like a lab instrument. It reads the whole label, checks the math against the package, and keeps a full nutrient ledger of your day — 3,167 reference foods deep.

THE TAPE HOLDS

— A photo of the plate. The camera names the food; you set the weight. Each line waits for you to confirm it before it is logged.
— What you ate. Scanned or searched, verified against the package. The math is checked; the package decides.
— Beyond calories. Vitamin A to zinc, iron, magnesium, selenium, omega-3 to omega-6, polyphenols — a full panel, never a score. Estimates are marked as estimates.
— What the pills actually add. Each supplement take feeds the same panel, label-true. 684 molecules on file, or type your own.
— Every kilo, written. Sessions prefilled from last time, total lifted per session, records as plain arithmetic — heaviest ever, no medals. KG or LB.

Each evening closes with a ticket: totals, training, intention. If the day held, it is stamped KEPT — the only red in the app. Share it as an image, or don't.
