Tally is a fast, no-fluff workout tracker — and the first strength app Claude can write to directly. Connect once, then plan your training the way you'd talk to a coach: "Plan my next week around squat and bench, three days." Open Tally and your week is there — planned days with exercises, sets, and target weights, ready to log.

HOW THE CLAUDE ROUNDTRIP WORKS
• Connect once from Settings → Connect to Claude (a one-minute, one-time setup)
• Chat through your plan — goals, schedule, exercises, sets and reps
• Claude reads your upcoming plan and recent history, then writes planned workouts straight into your week
• On gym day, tap Start Workout — everything is prefilled and ready to check off

Tally works with Claude accounts that support custom connectors (Claude Pro and Max). Your data stays scoped to your own account, and you can disconnect anytime. Tally is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
