TallyLens: Inventory Counter

TallyLens turns an iPhone into an inventory counter for warehouses, receiving docks and fulfillment lines.

Point the camera at items moving along a conveyor or table. An on-device AI model recognizes your company's products and counts each item once as it crosses the count line. Review the result, correct it if needed, and submit it to your company's TallyLens Hub.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose the product category and Inbound or Outbound.
• Tap START COUNTING and run items past the camera.
• Review per-item counts, add anything that was missed and attach an optional pallet or lot ID.
• Submit to your Hub, where managers see every session.

FEATURES
• On-device counting: camera frames are processed on the iPhone and are never stored or uploaded.
• Inbound and outbound sessions with a full history and date filters.
• Works with poor connectivity: sessions recorded offline are kept on the device and upload automatically when you're back online.
• Rig & Camera Calibration guidance for height and lighting.
• Over-the-air model updates from the TallyLens Hub, with no app update needed.
• Multiple facilities: switch between the sites assigned to you.
• Manual Entry (when enabled by your company) for counts without the camera.
• Multi-sensory operator feedback: tactile haptic vibration and audio chime when items are counted.
