Tameno – Auto-Repeating Timers

Tameno is your versatile, auto-repeating timer that effectively guides you through any repetitive task.

Set an interval between 2 seconds and 20 minutes, and Tameno will gently notify you each time it elapses (with a sound, a flash of your screen, or a haptic vibration) – and then automatically restart.

I originally built Tameno to solve two very specific daily needs:
• Watering the garden: Getting tapped every 30 seconds so I can move to the next hedge plant without losing count.
• Brushing my teeth: Getting a 10-second nudge to switch to the next side of each quadrant equally.

Since its first release, users have found incredibly creative ways to use it:
• Fitness & Health: Running/walking intervals, yoga pose holds, stretching routines, and physical therapy.
• Mindfulness: Leading guided meditations, box breathing, and following the 20-20-20 “rule” to reduce eye strain (looking 20m away for 20s every 20 mins).
