TAMTAE is for the two minutes before you start. Say what's making the task
hard, out loud or in writing. See the thinking pattern that might be stopping

HOW A SESSION WORKS
1. Talk it out or write it out. Describe what you're avoiding and what makes
it feel heavy. Voice is transcribed on your device where possible.
2. Check in. Rate how heavy it feels, 1–5, and pick the feelings that fit.
3. Get one reflection: what TAMTAE heard, one thinking pattern offered as a
hypothesis — never a verdict — and one next small move sized to fit it.
4. Begin. A short encouragement, an "I'm starting now," and you're done. No
timers, no follow-up chat, nothing else to manage.
Reflections are AI-generated: the text of your entry is processed securely on
our server to produce one structured response. It is never used to train
models.
WHAT TAMTAE IS NOT
An AI chat will talk about your procrastination for as long as you let it —
TAMTAE is designed to end. A journal looks backward at your day — TAMTAE
points at the task in front of you. A task manager breaks work into steps —
TAMTAE deals with why you won't start the first one.
No scores, no shame mechanics, nothing to keep up. Built with ADHD-friendly
design principles: short prompts, low visual noise, explicit permission to
stop early.
QUIET FOLLOW-THROUGH
Every session is saved privately. History shows how heavy things felt over
time — a line, not a scoreboard. One optional check-in asks how it went,
about a day later, once.

PRIVACY
Entries are encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by Face ID app lock,
never used to train models, and never placed in analytics or logs. Voice is
transcribed on-device where supported; raw audio is never uploaded. Delete
your data, or your whole account, from inside the app.
