Tana was built to solve a university lab's everyday problems: 50 students across three rooms, using thousands of chemicals and shelves full of reagents around the clock. Some reagents took a week to arrive if they ran out. Spreadsheets couldn't keep up, so we built something that could.

That lab still guides every feature. If it wouldn't help in a busy lab at 2 a.m., we don't ship it.
