Description
1. Purchases
Tap and Pay allows you to make your payments with our wide range of partners. With your card recharged, do not hesitate to enter one of our partner companies (Supermarkets, shops, boutiques, gas stations, restaurants, hotels, sports establishments, universities, public services, transport agency and health establishments) , press your card on the validator (Electronic Payment Terminal) which will be in the enclosure in order to make your purchases!

2. Transfer
Send money to loved ones at a lower transaction cost in two currencies USD (dollars) and CDF (francs). Tap and Pay makes it easy to send money with just one click. Make your transfers to one of our partner companies via the Tap and Pay mobile application.
3. Deposit
Go to the nearest Tap and Pay agent outlet, tell the agent how much you want to "deposit into your account", Pay the amount you want to put into your account. The agent will ask you to tap your card by entering your password, then they will complete the process of depositing e-money into your Tap and Pay account by pressing the “Validate” button.
"The deposit" is over!
You will be notified of the success of your transaction with: "The printed receipt generated by the system" from the platform.
4. Withdrawal
If your Tap and Pay account balance is sufficient, you can withdraw cash at any Tap and Pay outlet at any time. Go to the nearest agent point, tell the agent how much you want to “withdraw” from your account. The agent will ask you to enter your card number and password in the point-of-sale terminal interface.

5.Flash
Send money to any number (unregistered customer) for less. 6. Change
