TapLog is a simple mood tracker designed for speed and clarity.

Apple Health (optional, off by default):
- Save your daily mood to State of Mind in the Health app, one entry per day.
- Restore your TapLog records from Health on a new iPhone.
- See daily moods from other apps on days you didn't log in TapLog.
- Show sleep, steps and time in daylight next to the selected day. The numbers are only displayed, never stored or sent anywhere.
- Optionally mark menstrual-flow days on the calendar. Health data is displayed only, never stored by TapLog, and no relationship or prediction is made.

TapLog uses HealthKit only for these optional health and fitness features, in accordance with App Review Guideline 2.5.1. Health access is off by default.

Your data stays on your device. TapLog doesn't give scores and isn't a medical device; it can't be used for diagnosis or treatment.
