TapZero Field

TapZero Field is the companion app for TapZero's sales representatives, technicians and dealer partners. It carries a full working day — from the first visit to a shop through to the moment an NFC review plate is installed and taking taps.

LEADS AND VISITS
Work your assigned pipeline, log calls and shop visits, move a lead through its stages, and see the next best action on each one.

ORDERS
Build an order in the shop: products and variants, customer and delivery address, customisation, coupon, review and confirm. The whole flow works with no signal.

PAYMENTS
Collect an advance or a balance in cash, by UPI or through Razorpay. Issue a receipt on the spot, and close your cash sheet at the end of the day.

WORK ORDERS
See the jobs assigned to you, accept or decline, follow the route, work the on-site checklist, and capture proof — before and after photos, serial scan, signature and a location stamp.

DELIVERY
Confirm handover with an OTP, a signature or a photo, and collect cash on delivery where it applies.

NFC CARDS
Scan, encode and verify a TapZero card against the customer who ordered it, then test the tap before you leave the shop.

REVIEWS
Walk a customer through leaving a Google review, and follow the reviews your installations bring in.

BUILT FOR PATCHY SIGNAL
Everything you enter is written to the phone first and synced when a connection returns. Money is recorded as an append-only ledger with an idempotency key on every collection, so a retry in a basement with no bars cannot charge a customer twice.

ACCESS
TapZero Field requires an account issued by TapZero. You sign in with your registered phone number and a one-time password. There is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without an account.
