Tarlow Drivers

Tarlow Drivers is the app for Tarlow's chauffeurs. It is for people the office has invited; there is no sign-up in the app.

YOUR JOBS
See the journeys you have been given, with the pickup time, addresses, passenger name and any note the customer has left. Offers arrive as a clear card with the pickup time and your pay. Accept it and it opens as your job.

YOU DECIDE WHEN YOU ARE ONLINE
Tap Go online when you are ready for work, and Go offline when you are not. Only while you are online does the app share your location: with the office, so they can offer you the nearest job, and, from 30 minutes before a pickup, with the customer on that job so they can see their car arrive. Offline, nothing is sent and nothing is recorded. The first time, the app explains this in plain words before it asks for anything.

FOLLOW THE JOURNEY
Swipe to move a job through on the way, arrived, passenger on board and complete. The app shows free waiting time, opens your preferred navigation app for directions, and keeps a waybill for roadside checks.

STAY IN TOUCH
Message the customer or the office from each job. Offers and changes reach you by notification.

YOUR RECORD
See your earnings as the office calculates them, your badge details and when they expire, and your own mobile number.

SAFETY
A Safety screen puts 999 first, with the waybill and the job sheet a tap away.
