WHY TASK ZERO WORKS
Most productivity apps overwhelm you with features you'll never use. Task Zero does the opposite: swipe right to complete, swipe left to schedule. That's it. No learning curve, no decision fatigue, just momentum.
Three tabs show you everything: what's scheduled, what needs doing now, and what you've accomplished. Nothing falls through the cracks.
BUILD HABITS THAT STICK
Create recurring tasks that match real life:
Morning routines that repeat every day
Weekly review meetings every Monday
Workouts Monday through Friday only
Anything on any schedule you need
MANAGE PROJECTS WITHOUT THE CHAOS
Break big tasks into action steps. "Launch website" becomes a checklist: buy domain, design homepage, write copy, test on mobile. Track progress as you go.
EVERYWHERE YOU NEED IT
Add tasks by voice with Siri while driving. Check your watch during meetings. Use widgets to see what's next without unlocking your phone. Cloud sync keeps everything current on iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
ORGANIZE YOUR WAY
Create tags for work, home, errands, urgent, someday, just whatever makes sense to you. Filter instantly to see only what matters right now.
WHO USES TASK ZERO
People tired of complicated productivity systems. Students juggling classes and deadlines. Freelancers managing client work. Parents coordinating family schedules. Anyone who wants to spend less time organizing and more time doing.
FREE TO START
The core app is free forever. Premium unlocks recurring tasks, subtasks, and unlimited tags for $2.99/month or $10.95/year.
