Description by Geshido(from the App Store)
Taskforce keeps a small company's work and its money in one place. People who work on their own can plan with it for free.
PLAN THE WORK - Projects with a table, board, calendar, gallery and priority-matrix view - Tasks with custom fields, checklists, due dates and assignees - Team updates and a shared calendar - Home-screen widgets and a share sheet that saves links and photos to a task
RUN THE MONEY (company accounts) - Sales invoices, sent as e-invoices over Peppol or by email - Supplier bills collected from your mailbox and filed with two answers: what kind of bill, what kind of cost - The Belgian VAT return and the EU OSS return, added up from what is already in the books and ready to upload to Intervat - Bank feeds matched to invoices and bills These come with a company account, which a business sets up with us for its whole team. They are not part of the personal plans sold in the app.
ASK TASKY - The built-in assistant answers questions about your tasks and about VAT rules from written sources, and says so when a question is outside what it knows - It runs on Google Gemini, and the app asks before any of your work is sent to it
PERSONAL PLANS The free plan includes projects, tasks, the calendar and a small assistant allowance. Solo, Solo with Tasky and Solo Pro add a larger allowance and more assistant features. Each is monthly or yearly with a 14-day free trial, and the app shows what every plan includes before you pay. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm, or when the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
Running a team? A company can take Taskforce for everyone and invite its people from Settings.
