Om de app te kunnen gebruiken moet je een actief Tasnet account hebben. Je logt in op de app met je e-mailadres (gebruikersnaam) en het door gekozen wachtwoord.
Voor klanten is de app te gebruiken om zonder tussenkomst van de customer service snel een tolk aan te vragen. De voordelen van de Tasnet app op een rij:
