TAVO App

Wake up silently with TAVO.

The companion app for your TAVO Device puts your wake-up routine in your hands. Set your alarms, personalize your wake window, and follow your sleep and wake-up trends, all in one place.

Paired with your TAVO Device, the app helps you wake with silent wrist vibration.

Smart mode: Choose when you need to be awake and adjust your wake window. TAVO is designed to wake you during lighter sleep within that window.
Expert mode: Fine-tune your alarm settings and save three alarm presets for different routines.
Smart naps: Choose Power Nap or Long Nap for a quick rest or a longer break.
My Sleep: Review your sleep and wake-up data and follow your TAVO Score over time. Add optional sleepiness ratings (SSS) to record how alert you feel when you wake up. View your trends by day, week, month, quarter, or year.
Movement graph: See the movement recorded during your wake window in My Sleep. Get a closer look at the data TAVO’s light-sleep algorithm uses to help time your alarm.
Backup alarm: Set a backup alarm integrated with iOS for extra peace of mind.
Simple alarm setup: Set, save, and sync your alarms with your TAVO Device.

Make your mornings your own with TAVO.

A compatible TAVO Device is required for wearable alarm features.
