Team Fines

Team Fines – team management that adapts to your sports team.

Organize schedules, games and practices, manage attendance and player availability, build rosters, coordinate parents and volunteers, assign tasks, arrange carpools, track team cash and fines, run league predictions, and enjoy team games — all in one app.

Every team works differently. With Team Fines, turn on only the features your club, league, or team actually needs.

Built for amateur and youth sports, Team Fines works for soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, American football, volleyball, ice hockey, lacrosse, rugby, futsal and many other team sports.

SCHEDULES, GAMES AND PRACTICES

Create games, practices, meetings, tournaments, road trips and other team events.

Add the date, time, address and meeting point. Members can find all event information in one place and receive notifications when something is created, updated or canceled.

ATTENDANCE AND PLAYER AVAILABILITY

Players can quickly RSVP and let the team know whether they are available.

Coaches and admins can select players for a game or practice and track responses at a glance: attending, unavailable or no response.

Parents and guardians can also respond for their children.

ROSTERS, PARENTS, GROUPS AND TASKS

Add players, coaches, team managers, volunteers, parents, referees and anyone else involved with the team.

Create groups and assign duties for each event, such as transportation, drinks or snacks, scorekeeping, timekeeping, game sheets, equipment setup or other team responsibilities.

CARPOOL

Members can offer a ride and share the number of open seats, making travel to games, tournaments and practices easier to coordinate.

TEAM CASH

Does your team use a shared cash fund? Record money in and out and easily track the balance and budget.

Keep all team cash activity organized in one place.

FINES

Does your team use fines? Create your own reasons and amounts for being late, forgotten gear, team rules or anything else your group decides.

Track every fine as unpaid, awaiting confirmation, paid or rejected. Players can report a payment and a team manager can confirm it.

LEAGUE PREDICTIONS

Make your season more fun by predicting the games in your own league with teammates.

Create your league, add matchups and rounds, then let members predict the scores.

Predictions lock when a game starts. An internal leaderboard tracks results throughout the season, and admins can customize the points awarded for a correct winner or an exact score.

TEAM GAMES

For small locker-room decisions, let chance or a game decide.

Who brings the drinks next time? Who washes the uniforms, puts away the gear, takes the next duty or becomes captain?

Use a random draw or challenge a teammate to Tic-Tac-Toe or Four in a Row. You can also practice against the computer.
