TeamIQ by flowwork.ai

TeamIQ is the team chat for companies that run on flowwork.ai. Message anyone in your organisation, keep work moving in channels and threads, approve requests without leaving the conversation, and check in at the office from your phone.

CHAT THE WAY YOUR TEAM WORKS
• Direct messages, group chats, and public or private channels
• Threads keep side conversations out of the main chat
• Replies, reactions, @mentions, polls and pinned chats
• Bold, italics, lists, quotes and code blocks that look the same on phone and web
• Share photos, documents and files
• Drafts, search that jumps to the message, and sending that waits for you while you're offline

NEVER MISS WHAT NEEDS YOU
• One inbox with Unread, Mentions and Needs you
• Approve or reject requests, like leave, from cards in the chat
• An Activity feed of your mentions, replies and reactions
• Notifications grouped by chat, and mute for any conversation

KNOW WHO'S AROUND
• A company directory with department, designation and manager
• See who is online, when someone was last seen, and who is on leave until when

CHECK IN FROM YOUR PHONE
• Check in and out with your location in one tap
• Optional automatic check-in: TeamIQ checks you in when you reach the office and out when you leave. It uses your location in the background only after you turn this on, and you can turn it off at any time.
• Entries made offline are sent when you're back online

BUILT FOR WORK
• Sign in with your company's flowwork.ai account
• Your messages stay inside your organisation's workspace
• Light and dark mode

TeamIQ needs a flowwork.ai company account. Your administrator turns on chat and attendance for your organisation. Learn more at flowwork.ai/teamiq.
