The Tech Eye is a Mobile Application offered by Sight on Site Tech Pvt.Ltd which is a First of its kind Real Estate Surveillance company covering Residential Plots, Individual Houses, Under Construction or Rented Apartments, Commercial and Farm Land.
If a property owner is always updated about his property , he may never face issues like Encroachment, Illegal Occupation of Land, Damage of the Property, Garbage Dumping and several other problems.
We don’t ask for any hardware installations like CCTV , that have limited access and require investment.
A property owner can subscribe to The Tech Eye on a yearly basis where he is provided with reports about his property on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis.
We do it through trained professionals (called Enabler) who will visit the property on a frequency that you choose.
The Service starts with Geofencing your property, where we share with you a Geo Fencing link after payment, you just have to share it with anyone, who has seen the property. He just has to open the link and walk around the property.
On a scheduled day, the enabler visits your property and does an In-APP video call and shows you around, he also updates you about the latest development of the area and the current market price.
It is followed by a few Pictures and Panoramic videos of the property from different angles as per a Pre Defined SOP.
