With the Mobile Banking App - TechVentures ONline you have access to your accounts, banking operations and useful information from anywhere, anytime, 24/7.
To use the app you must have an active account opened at Techventures Bank and to log in into Mobile Banking App.
To activate the app you need a smart phone that is connected to the internet and download the app from the AppStore.
Below are some of the benefits of TechVentures ONline from your mobile:
• Biometric authentication: if your smartphone has a fingerprint scanner, you can use your fingerprint to access the app and authorize transactions.
• Find branches and ATMs: a list of all Techventures Bank branches and ATMs displayed on the map for locating them, directing you to the nearest, via Waze, Moovit, Uber, Bolt, etc;
• In the "Contacts" screen: you can send an email regarding the Internet and Mobile Banking Apps, if you want to know about our products and services, if you have issues with your card or if you want to contact us at the phone number displayed on the screen.
On the Homepage screen, there are icons of the most important operations you can perform from the Mobile Banking Application. The full list of the menu can be found on the left of the screen.
In addition, the menu includes payments in lei, transfers, currency payments, money exchange, cards information, templates, deposits, credits, pending transactions, Branches and ATMs, exchange rates.
To read notifications and messages received from the Bank or sent to the Bank, go to the "Messages" menu.
You can also chat with a Techventures Bank representative via the "CHAT" screen.
The application is available in Romanian and English.
