WHAT DOES TENDRO SCAN?
Printed event badges and business cards. It reads the badge face, so it does not depend on the organizer's scanner, API, or badge database. Handwritten notes on a badge ride along with the lead.

HOW DOES IT WORK WITHOUT THE ORGANIZER'S SYSTEM?
Tendro reads the name and company printed on the badge, then looks up the rest of the contact. Most show badge QR codes hold a registration ID that only the organizer can resolve. Tendro never needs it. The printed name and company are enough to start the lookup.

WHAT IF THE BADGE HAS NO COMPANY ON IT?
Tendro asks you. A small card appears on the scan result: type the company or skip it. Scanning the next visitor is never blocked.

DOES IT WORK WITHOUT WIFI?
Scanning works with no signal. Photos, notes and tags save on the phone, and badges are read and details filled in as soon as you're back online. Convention floors are the worst place to depend on WiFi.

WHAT HAPPENS TO A LEAD AFTER THE SCAN?
Tendro fills in what it can find, such as job title and LinkedIn profile, and catches duplicate scans within a show. Tag each lead Hot, Warm or Cold, and add a voice or typed note at the booth. Run the free trial on your own old badges to see exactly what it finds before you pay.

WHAT IS A BOOTH RECAP?
A short follow-up email to the visitor you just met, with your contact details and your brochure link. Nothing sends until you tap Send now or Send in 10 min, and you can skip anyone. Every recap includes an unsubscribe link.

DO I GET A DIGITAL BUSINESS CARD?
Yes, every rep gets one free. Show the QR code at the booth. Visitors save your contact in one tap and can send their details back to you. Your card also signs every booth recap you send.

ARE EMAIL ADDRESSES CHECKED BEFORE THEY REACH MY CRM?
Yes. Tendro checks each address and marks the result on the lead and in your CRM. An address that may not exist still syncs, tagged so you can fix it.

WHICH CRMS DOES TENDRO SYNC TO?
Salesforce and HubSpot connect natively. Pardot, Marketo, Pipedrive, Zoho and other tools with a public API are connected on request. Each lead goes to your CRM as soon as its details are filled in.

HOW MUCH DOES TENDRO COST?
$499 per event, with unlimited team members. One license covers every rep on the booth, on their own phones, for every day of the show. Rented handheld scanners from show organizers run $400 to $700 per device per event on 2026 order forms, so a booth that would rent four handhelds pays for Tendro at the first show.
