Tessa: AI Interview Coach

Tessa AI: Interview Coach for Every Job Seeker

Tessa is an AI-powered interview coaching app built for every job seeker — including neurodivergent job seekers — by someone with real, hands-on hiring experience. Tessa's founder spent over a decade in talent acquisition at companies like LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, Accenture, and HP, so the questions, coaching, and feedback inside the app reflect what recruiters and hiring managers actually ask and actually listen for, not generic internet advice.

Built on real recruiting experience, designed for how people actually think

Every candidate interviews differently — some think out loud, some need a beat to process a question, some get thrown off by curveballs, some just get nervous under pressure. Tessa coaches all of that. It's also built with a neurodivergent-first design philosophy: clear, low-clutter screens, one task at a time, calm colours, and simple navigation — so it's genuinely easier to use whether you're autistic, have ADHD, deal with interview anxiety, or just want a distraction-free way to prepare. Good design for neurodivergent users turns out to be good design for everyone.

Practice real interviews with an AI interview simulator

Choose the job role, industry, seniority level, or company type you're applying to, and Tessa generates tailored interview questions — from common behavioral interview questions and the STAR method for the overthinker to technical, competency-based, and role-specific questions. Answer by voice or text and get instant, constructive feedback on your responses, helping you sharpen structure, clarity, and confidence with every practice session.

From job application to job offer

Tessa supports the whole job search journey, not just the interview itself:

CV builder & resume help — build and refine a CV or resume that gets past applicant tracking systems and stands out to recruiters
Application tracker — keep track of the roles you've applied to and where each one stands
Interview practice & prep — unlimited or guided mock interview sessions
Reflect & improve — review past sessions and track real progress over time
Voice-enabled coaching — practice out loud with AI voice feedback for a more realistic simulation
Accommodation & self-advocacy support — practice disclosing accommodation needs and rehearse how to ask for them, if and when you choose to

Who Tessa is for

Tessa is for anyone preparing for a job interview — students and recent graduates, career changers, people returning to work after a break, and experienced professionals moving into a new role. It's also purpose-built for neurodivergent, autistic, and ADHD job seekers who are often underserved by traditional interview coaching, so accommodation, pacing, and communication style are treated as standard, not an afterthought. If you've searched for "AI interview coach," "mock interview practice app," "interview prep app," "job interview simulator," "how to prepare for a job interview," or "interview anxiety help," Tessa was built to answer exactly that.
