textcuts: Snippet Keyboard

Textcuts is a custom iPhone keyboard for people who type the same kind of message many times a day. It saves full replies as colored chips inside the keyboard, and inserts one with a single tap, directly in any app already in use.

HOW IT WORKS
Write a reply once, mark the parts that change as variables, such as a name, and save it as a chip in a personal library. Switch to the Textcuts keyboard inside any app and tap a chip to insert the full message. Fill in a variable in one tap from recently used values, no retyping. For Hebrew, write a masculine form and a feminine form once, and Textcuts inserts the correct form for the contact automatically. Organize chips into folders, and find any reply with search.

WORKS IN EVERY APP
Textcuts is a keyboard extension, so it works everywhere the iOS keyboard appears, not only inside one messaging app. Use it in Messages, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Mail and any other email app, and inside web forms in Safari or Chrome. WhatsApp is one example among many: Textcuts goes into every app that has a keyboard.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Textcuts needs no account and no sign in. The keyboard extension does not request the iOS Full Access permission and has no network access of its own, so it has no way to see or send anything typed in other apps. Chips are stored on the device and, if the default setting is left on, synced through a private iCloud database that belongs to the user. The developers cannot read or export it. Optional, anonymous usage analytics and crash reports never include message text or variable values, and can be turned off anytime in Settings.
