The 90: Life Reset Challenge

Stop restarting. Start The 90.

The 90 turns your next 90 days into a retro challenge for real life. Your Player File builds a daily quest plan around your goals, chosen physical intensity, and guardrails. Clear today, track your streak, and work toward the next boss.

HOW YOUR RUN WORKS

• Get personalized daily quests with clear actions—not vague motivation.
• Choose Easy, Normal, or Hard intensity for physical challenges.
• Use substitutions when a movement or limitation needs a different path.
• Lock in a Daily Reset for each boss segment: one repeatable action built to break the restart cycle.
• Face scheduled boss checkpoints across the 90 days, ending with the final boss on Day 90.
• Run solo or join an optional Party. Everyone advances independently while the leaderboard keeps progress visible.
• Track Day N/90, streaks, boss progress, and completed work.
• Share honest progress cards with real stats from your run.

NO PERFECT STREAK REQUIRED

The 90 is built for consistency, not an all-or-nothing restart cycle. Misses still matter. The goal is to keep moving without pretending they did not happen.

YOUR RUN. YOUR GUARDRAILS.

Quest intensity and substitutions reflect the choices you make during onboarding. Optional Bible and prayer prompts are available if you choose them; they are never required.

Beat today. Then do it again.
