THE BOXING ACADEMY The Boxing Academy is a boxing, physical training, and fitness gym located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Launching in 2022, our facility focuses on Boxing, Kickboxing, Krav Maga (self defence) and fitness.
Our core is founded in cultivating a sense of safety, not just within one’s own space, but also in a shared society. At The Boxing Academy, our aim is to equip people with sufficient boxing know-how and strategies using our years of experience and in-depth know-how to improve physical strength, build self-esteem, and develop resilience.
We are committed towards growing a community of like-minded people who share our mentality of thriving and not just surviving. We believe in nurturing a ‘safe space’ culture that is positive, friendly, and enriching to all.
With The Boxing Academy you'll be able to take part in any of the following:
BOXING and KICKBOXING Learn the best combat sports out there, while burning calories, getting fit and having a blast!
KRAV MAGA Learn self-defence while building your confidence and stamina through this practical and safe hybrid fighting system that originated from Israel.
APEX BOXING FIT Pump it up with this high-intensity, circuit training-inspired program that blends full-body workouts and sick beats in a fitness party-like setting.
PRIVATE TRAINING Kickstart your own customized training program with one of our top instructors to learn Boxing in a more private setting.
WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENCE One of our major aims is to teach women how to defend themselves against the most common attacks they might face.
KIDS AND TEENS Start them young. Our special program takes into account the physicality and mentality of children and teenagers.
CAMPUS SAFETY Bring Boxing, Self Defence and Krav Maga into your school campus to empower both faculty and students in creating a safe atmosphere.
