The Future YOU ( Future You Fitness Pvt Ltd) - a Brain Child of Anshu Taravath, a Karamveer Chakra Awardee, ZIN™, Reebok Certified Instructor, Mrs India Universe 2018 - "Mrs Intelligent" and Mrs India Universe 2018 - "Charity Queen". "Top 10" finalist for Mrs India Universe 2018, was formed in August 2017 with an enthusiastic fitness friend as the first member in a small room.

Slowly and steadily, the count of members grew with Anshu training the team in the society club house. Various kind of workouts were carried out during this phase, i.e. Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Zumba, Partner Cardio, Body conditioning, and HIIT.

Coach Anshu went on to further certify herself in Kettlebell, Core Pilates, Zumba, Master Functional Trainer, Pre & Post Natal, Kinesio Taping, CPR/AED and Rehab. The Future YOU, is now located at M3M Urbana, Sector 67, GGM which is an upscale shopping complex having leading brands occupied here.

She is also a recipient of Gurugram Achievers Award a nominee to Fitness Excellence Award.

She is a National Level Kettlebell Athlete, having represented INDIA on a few occasions in a few countries and won medals and ranking for the country.

She is also a Brand Ambassador to a Leading NGO, Sarthak Prayas, where she conducts Fitness Sessions to the under privileged Kids.

Apart from this she has conducted various corporate sessions, fitness sessions to hospitals, corporates, schools and running groups.

The Future YOU even has kids batches for young fitness freaks with playful fitness regimes with fun filled workouts.

We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and plan to include flexi-timings also.

Fit India Movement is aimed at encouraging people to give priority to sports and fitness in their day-to-day lives.

This is not the first time the Modi government has launched a fitness campaign.
