HOA Wiz is a complete community management platform for homeowners associations — built for residents, renters, board members, and vendors.
DUES & PAYMENTS Pay HOA dues, violation fines, and special assessments directly in the app with credit card, bank transfer, or Apple Pay. Set up AutoPay and never miss a payment. Tell the board when you've paid by check or cash. Board members record offline payments with full audit trails. Automated overdue detection alerts both residents and the board.
SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS Pay one-time assessments in installments. Full payment schedule with due dates, automated reminders, and board-visible collection progress.
VIOLATIONS Report violations with photos or video — anonymous reporting available. Board members vote on fines with multi-member approval. Residents can appeal decisions within the appeal window, pay fines in-app, and see a full timestamped audit trail of every board decision.
