The HOA Wiz

HOA Wiz is a complete community management platform for homeowners
associations — built for residents, renters, board members, and vendors.

DUES & PAYMENTS
Pay HOA dues, violation fines, and special assessments directly in the app
with credit card, bank transfer, or Apple Pay. Set up AutoPay and never miss a
payment. Tell the board when you've paid by check or cash. Board members
record offline payments with full audit trails. Automated overdue detection
alerts both residents and the board.

SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
Pay one-time assessments in installments. Full payment schedule with due
dates, automated reminders, and board-visible collection progress.

VIOLATIONS
Report violations with photos or video — anonymous reporting available. Board
members vote on fines with multi-member approval. Residents can appeal
decisions within the appeal window, pay fines in-app, and see a full
timestamped audit trail of every board decision.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
Submit maintenance requests with photos and video. Board triages and assigns
vendors. Vendors submit quotes, schedule site visits, and upload completion
photos. Rate completed work with 1–5 stars.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
Submit home-improvement requests and track them through committee and board
approval — with a chat thread for questions along the way.

FINANCIAL OVERVIEW
Real-time financial dashboard with bank balance, collection rates, revenue and
expense tracking, and recent transactions. Every dollar accounted for — no
more spreadsheets.

DOCUMENTS
Governing documents, insurance policies, meeting minutes, and tax reports in
one place. The Wiz reads renewal dates out of your documents and reminds the
board before they lapse.

MEETINGS
Schedule board meetings and host them online — connect your Zoom account
directly, or paste any Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams link. Configurable
reminders (7-day, 3-day, 1-day, day-of). Conflict detection warns before
double-booking. Add meetings to your calendar directly.

VOTING & GOVERNANCE
Create votes and polls — residents vote directly in the app. Live tallies
refresh automatically. Every decision carries a full audit trail.

COMMUNICATION
Announcements with priority levels, attachments, and read receipts. Message
your board directly. Community events calendar — residents and renters can
create events too. Push, email, and in-app notifications.

VENDORS
Vendors submit quotes, upload invoices, and receive payouts via Stripe
Connect. Board designates preferred vendors per service category. Full
compliance document management.

ASK THE WIZ — AI ASSISTANT
Ask questions about your HOA by voice or text — the Wiz answers out loud. It
references your community's actual documents, looks up payments, violations,
and meeting schedules in real time, and can fill out forms for you to review
and submit.

ACCESSIBILITY
Larger text sizes and pinch-to-zoom throughout — built for residents of every
age.

SECURITY
Face ID / Touch ID biometric login. Phone verification for every new user.
Bank-level encryption on all payments. Automatic session timeout. Community
data fully isolated.

DEMO MODE
